I meant to throw these few numbers up a couple of days ago, but as usual I forgot.
Massive nationwide internet/phone system outage all day yesterday didn’t make things easier
There are many thousand numbers across multiple area codes in use by these robocalling call centers running these scams, [size=4]ALL ARE and HAVE BEEN[/size] on the Sinch Voice-NSR-10X-Port/1 network (Onvoy)
The number listed above is in this list, which extends a long way past either end than listed here
Perhaps if they are reported to Onvoy/Sinch in groups larger than a single number, they might think faster about shutting these clowns down!

I often get hours of these every day.
Yesterday while hammering a very large Comcast robocall centre with 64 calls at all times, there was 3 open lines amongst them which totaled several hours of recordings in the end before they finally realized resistance was futile and shut it down. Amongst the frenzy of incoming calls they have no idea what lines are open.
It became known from listening to these later on, that they were running multiple scripts including Zelle support, PayPal and Amazon refunds.
They had one victim on the line who was complaining about a failing/faulty Comcast X-finity TV streaming service router box, which they said they would send someone tomorrow (today) to replace it at a cost of $100. That payment needed to be made immediately in the form of a security card (Google Play) and the security numbers on the back of the card (under the silver strip would verify the work order.
I wonder how many thousands of times I’ve heard that or similar…countless tens of thousands would be a conservative estimate!!
I track up to 40 of these very large call centres every day who are doing this same crap every day on mainly toll free numbers, with a few toll numbers as well
Although it matters very little due to the size of these robocall centres who have thousands of active numbers every day in multiple area codes, all on the Onvoy/Sinch Voice-NSR-10X-Port/1 network, this was the number with the open line recording in question from the list below.
This consecutive block extends past both ends here, some of them it is difficult to find where they start and finish due to time constraints tying up search dialers which could be finding larger tech support/popup and refund toll free blocks and numbers
