Eh… It’s the thought that counts I guess. I don’t think change.org will get you too far, perhaps you might want to see if you can make something like a social media PSA?

Well there has to be a change.org for stop india scammers at this point…

I hate to break it to you, but scamming is in fact banned. that’s why it’s a scam… Canada cannot stop scams, just like making theft illegal doesn’t stop theft.

they still try to stop theft, doesnt sound like you are about stopping indias call center scams.

I am 100% down for stopping scammers, but a law WILL NOT shut down scam centers. Scams and scam call centers are illegal, and a law to make it illegal will not influence the scammers to be like “well fuck, i guess we cant scam anymore” and quit. That’s not how this whole scamming thing works. Also, a law in canada cannot make something in india illegal
