Hi friends!
I don’t often come in here to ask much of this community. You are all awesome as it is, and I have a great team of people who help behind the scenes that I love and adore so much!
However, I would like to make a request.
As some of you are aware (not all because I don’t think I posted about it anywhere) I am totally blind. I use Voiceover, a screen reader for Mac OS and iPhone, to access all of my devices.
Because of this, though I know it’s super easy for you to throw up a screenshot with invoice numbers, dollar amounts, etc up in your posts. However, if I want to access that info I either need to have one of my co-baiters handy to extract the text of the screenshot for me, or I need to download the screenshot and run it through a program on my phone that will do its best to extract the text. If I’m just baiting on my own off stream I’m ok with this, but if I’m on stream I don’t really have time to run all of the screenshots through my image recognition tools.
Therefore, if it’s not too much trouble, could we start including pertinent information (invoice numbers, dollar amounts, etc) as regular text in the body of posts?
I know this is a rather large change for some, and I’m not going to get all grumpy if you forget sometimes, but it would be most helpful.

its God. I tried appearing to you as an apparition but the voice modulator for our hologram transmitter is bugged and you couldn’t see me waving for your attention. As such, I’ve descended from the heavens to communicate with you via this forum to let you know that your prayers have been heard, and as soon as I figure out how, I’m going to update the default post template to ask users to help you out.

I’ve updated the template for ya. It’s disappointing to hear how poor the technologies you depend on seem to be. I had an ocr project I had to scrap recently, but I feel convinced it would not be too difficult to make something to read the screenshots for you more easily than what you are using now. I’ve been very busy, but I’ll put it on my passion project list

I am on Twitch. Youtube and Twitch are both the same: SalCScambaits. Presently, all of the content is the same, as I simulstream to both platforms. One day, I may think about diversifying my content, but today is not that day.
