They are most definitely a scam. Their site looks sketchy as hell and they don’t even mention where they are located. They supposedly offer support for AVs such as Avast, McCafee etc. I’ve also looked up their name on google and found some complaints about their fake tactics and a scam bait video on them.

Have them call on your disposable number. Apparently they will call you if you input your phone number through their live chat.
