I explained to him how I received a Claims Code and was told to contact this number. He asked for my claims code. Here’s where the troll began. I simply said “Ligma” - He then replied “Ligma?” - I said “Ligma Balls”. He then asked what my name was, I simply replied “BOB”. Obviously not being my name. He hung up seconds later.
