Cold call to a burner number to tell me I won 7 million smackaroos. I gave him the claim code 6007 and he took it. He sounded like he was outside in a rain storm and I could barely hear him. I called the number back and he answered. It was so loud I could not even really understand him. I told him to call me back when he was in an actual building.
