“James” called me back from his Twilio line (218) 419-3800 as “Kevin Blake,” claiming I won $3.5 million and a Mercedes from a “Mega Millions grand raffle” for simply being “a good American”
“Kevin” said I needed to purchase a “claimer’s card” to prevent state troopers from arresting them. In this case, I was asked to purchase a $100 Amazon or MoneyPak card, or as @ImprovGuy would call it, a “money-back scratch and sniff”
