Additional information about this scam: Classic lottery scam, gentleman indicates I’ve won $5 million and a new Mercedes Benz. All I need to do is pay $300, either via Western Union, MoneyGram, or Amazon gift card purchased at CVS. I have him on the line now and you could hear his phone beep when I called him with another phone; he won’t answer while he’s on the line with me though. He’s just instructed me to not tell the CVS employees about this because “they’re very nosy.” My record for baiting these people is 45 minutes while I “drove to the pharmacy” so I’m excited to see how long this lasts.
