After expressing excitement and shock that I won these prizes he then proceded to tell me the prize patrol was in my area and I could pick from 2 choices a private delivery in my home or a public one On my porch broadcasted on the local news. I chose public and then he said I needed to pay $5K up front to a random PayPal account that he falsely claimed was the Tax Officer.
I then called him out as a sad poor Jamacian scammer and ended the call

I left a message that he probably won’t like waking up to.
He is answering now
