Where did you get this number from
As always, Onvoy/Sinch. They have a very obvious, poor speakerphone recording of the real PCH message on their VM. 
I got a call back from the old (Albert then Daniel, and now he’s using the name Joseph Brown) I won 18.5 million dollars and the new Mercedes-Benz!
I only have to pay the tax of $21,500.00 but I Have to get $2,500 in gift cards to show my good faith.

I reported them to Onvoy/Sinch And I expect they will do what they usually do, absolutely nothing. I have never seen any of these PCH scammers use anything but Onvoy. I’m going to try to get the info for the money mule. The NJ state police are still working on the last one I gave them.
