I know. If I called a real company and asked simple questions and got screamed at I would no longer be a customer.

Mark randomly told me “don’t call me, this is a scam” and hung up. Then called back a few minutes later, pretending he never said anything like that. Said I’ll get a callback in half an hour and then the refund will be given to me.
Whaaaat is he even trying to do here?
