I finally got someone to answer. Indian accent and cursed me out in Hindi. It took about 6 minutes for him to pick up
George told me: “We are not from India, we are from Pakistan you MFer” which, 99.9% of the time means they are indeed in India.

I’m conferencing them with all my VoIP numbers and they are still up!
They sometimes claim to be from Bangladesh too. But in real some call centres do run from Pakistan and Bangladesh as well. One scambaiter made a video of tech support scammers from Pakistan.
