Additional information about this scam: Found this number on findwho and called it. It was supposedly a Walmart purchase from PayPal account?
The scammer kept saying PayPal, so I am not sure how it the fake invoice was formatted. I gave the following info: email for an item I did not purchase, purchase for an iWatch Series 5, amount: $399.89, order number: 8675309/2022WLM
She took it from there and she said that there was an issue with my identity and there were hackers on my PayPal account and banking account. The scam was going and then all of a sudden she hung up.

Ha! I conferenced in a guy who answered at 669 221 3747 with only an “hello” with the woman “Jennifer” at (877) 841-2232 and I encouraged the two of them to speak to your criminal colleague on the same conference call.
669 221 3747 … When I called a 2nd time, I got the generic TextNow voicemail greeting. So this number seems to be a TextNow callback number.
(877) 841-2232 … So far they have been answering. One woman has answered a few times and she sounds SO sleepy/tired or she sounds like she is drunk or on downers. There are more than a couple women and at least several men at this number.
