I was searching through some very old numbers and got a hit on this old Microsoft tech support number which I first found active on Tuesday, 8 November 2022
They are now PayPal…I would never have guessed that

They use connectwise for remote control. One scammer kept demanding to know what my other bank account was. I told him I don’t have any others, this is my only one. Then he hung up.
waited for 7 minutes on hold and nothing
They probably aren’t active on weekends.
Since I came across them yesterday, I’ve been wondering what in the hell these “ongoing global events” are that prevent them from promptly answering the phone.
