These stupid bastards who always hang around the poor mans toll free prefix (808 Hawaii), are about the lowest rent gutter sluts there is.
I spent weeks amongst this area code a year or two ago and found well over 500 of these refund dickheads in huge consecutive blocks often spanning 2000 numbers.
They would alternate to new numbers every day, finding them was a very easy task. :joy::joy:
