Telnyx via Level 3, “Alex Wilson” wanted me to “connect to their support team” by “opening the Google Chrome” and download ConnectWise from ghelp1.org or AnyDesk, though he hung up after calling me an “asshole”

This number is being used as a call back number for a PayPal technical support scam. Your customer appears to be a fraudster who is impersonating PayPal and is providing fraudulent services and products.
Your customer is operating out of an illegal call center in India.
It’s also worth noting that we’ve been seeing some of these PayPal emails that falsely claimed you signed up for a business account be used for Social Security scams, where the scammer will falsely claim your identity was used to register multiple bank accounts to launder money and a Toyota Corolla that was used to smuggle drugs through the US-Mexico border in Eagle Pass, Texas.
