Yes @SouthernCulture_x I pulled the same IP address on my software, they were very young and inexperienced scammers, there screen connect site was down so they used www.ultraviewer.net with me:) 
Should’ve had them install AnyDesk
Wireshark is a pretty decent software that works no matter what program they are using with a few modifications…
