I called that TextNow 415 787 8589 at least ten times total, at times simultaneously from both my TextNow number and Unknown Number VOIP number, and I left him messages.
In one message, I said that we and our shotguns and AR-15 assault rifles are waiting for him in Georgia to come to exterminate us.

The bhenchod from 808 468 4781 called me back on (530) 637-2440. He’s currently answering and taking insults.

I called him on 808 468 4781 and he called me back from (713) 969-5594. He connected to my VM and when I open my bank account, it has a dozen waving middle fingers and plays the benchod song. He cursed me out and hung up. Make sure to call him and say hi!

I wonder if after TextNow takes away a phone number from a scammer when you or someone kindly reports the number to TextNow, does TextNow have the technological ability to NOT give a new TextNow phone number to the same cell phone?
no, scammers can easily use the emulator and create new text now account. so it’s not possible for text now to identify scammers. but yes they do close account after the report.
Google warns you that Customer Service Helpline is malicious and it warns you of that. Besides, we’re already at war with scammers. We need to make long-term damages to fraud.
