I called them about 10 minutes ago. They are answering.

They are very spooked and hang up the minute I say I need to send him the security cards
I had them on the phone for 30 minutes. He tried to get me to go to multiple web sites. Every time I went to to a web site, I told him it was said “404 bad gateway”. Then he tried to have me use Quick Assist. He finally figured out that I was wasting his time and he hung up. It has been a long time since I called one of these fools.

I think they have figured me out. I call from the same phone line and they are no longer answering.
I found this number in my personal email. I need to keep an eye on my email for more of these numbers.
