The incredibly-deaf “Alex” took his sweet-ass time to remotely connect to my virtual machine. Once he did, he asked me to fill out a “service cancellation form,” which they falsely claim was “accredited under the Better Business Bureau” and the “Federal Trade Commission.”
- Once the form is complete, I was asked to log into my nonexistent bank account. But since I don’t do online banking, “Alex” transferred the call to his “accounts manager, Sam Williams,” who falsely claimed he had an account with them.
- “Sam” then claimed there were two charges and asked for the last 4 numbers of my fake debit card before asking me a series of questions via SMS from his personal Magic Jack line (251) 285-0008.
- “Sam” then falsely claimed I will receive my “refund” in two $150 installments and asked for the total available balance in my fake bank account whilst scamming other victims and calling them bhenchods.
- “Sam” then interrogated me for receiving a refund of $1,200 and asked me to purchase 3 $400 Apple gift cards from Walmart, scratch them and send a photo of them to his personal TextNow line (563) 562-8126.
- Instead of sending him an image of a scratched Apple card, I sent him a Grabify link to www.titsassesanddicks.com, but he refused to click it and instead berate me as a motherfucker.
