Called, they asked for invoice ID, then after I said I don’t have one and saying I was charged 300 dollars, they asked me how I receive the message I told them via SMS, they instructed me to download and install Ultraviewer.net but before I got a connection I was rudely hung up on and called a bad name 10/10, would recommend again.
