Additional information about this scam: received on one of the voips I use.
Typical refund scam, but also they offer to help you secure your acct. with “blocking cards”.
These pricks have had hundreds of numbers in the 828 - Asheville, NC area code since the new year.
They keep migrating upward a few hundred digits each day, abandoning the used numbers and starting again with the same shit the next day in the new neighborhood for the day.
They are usually always PayPal refund on sometimes 50 or 60 numbers within a 100 block range, but today there is a Geek Squad.
