Falsely Claims: Additional charges of $850 for sex toy and $400 for Xbox, account made from Ohio, Texas and North Carolina with a credit card under my identity.
Remote Access Software: QuickAssist
“Steven” wanted me to get a “PayPal Security Card” from a nearby CVS or Walgreens, prompting me to respond by falsely claiming I cannot go outside due to a massive blizzard.
- I was then asked to have him remotely connect to my virtual machine via QuickAssist, though I cannot run it on my virtual machine. Since he refused to “suppoat,” I outsourced our friendship to India.
