I received an e-mail today:

PayPal Account Profile Setup
Your PayPal account Customer94243458 has a new billing profile, and a transaction of $865.90 from a checking account was made at Gemini.com; if unauthorized, call PayPal at (805) 500-3206 to cancel.

I have not used Pay Pal and know nothing about money sent to whatever Gemini is. I did not authorize any of this.

They’re answering and they speak Hindi.

It goes to the menu but when you press a number is just disconnects. I don’t think they like being cussed at in Hindi.

Press 2 and they answer.. they are ansering for me now… But they might of blocked you.

Weird I have 10 numbers and it just disconnects.

I just got connected to Joan. After the press 2 option a recorded message said “this call is being transcribed by AI”

She was 100% onto me. Supposedly cancelled the payment and told me to log out and back into the account. They’ve probably had many scambaiters already
