Technician: “Alan on the line,” “Hello?” and “David”
Supervisor: “Derek Smith”
Senior Supervisor: “Steven Richards”
Falsely Claims:
- I received an invoice number
- PayPal account accessed from New York City and Las Vegas
- I need to connect their “secure server”
- Privacy laws do not apply because my privacy was invaded
- Profanity is illegal over their “government recorded line.”
- Purchase of Apple gift card
- I’m acting like a “n*gger monkey”
- Multiple accounts registered under my identity for puchasing CHILD P0RN
Remote Access Software: RealVNC Server or UltraViewer (ID: 207074579/DESKTOP-RJT5VS2)
Once remotely connected to my virtual machine, the incredibly deaf “Derek Smith” transferred the call to his senior supervisor “Steven Richards,” who attempted to view my browser history before asking me to go purchase a $500 Apple gift card from a nearby Walmarts
- I then did my usual “Bank will freeze my account” schtick and “Derek” asked me to provide my card numbers over the phone. When I played the same schtick again, the dude started acting racist towards me whilst threatening violence on the grounds of me being “uncooperative” with him.
