Additional information about this scam: unauthorized transaction on paypal. they seem to run paypal and amazon! (see screenshot for more info). They ask for an email, you can just give them a made up one

I think it may be ran out of somebody’s house because at one point they were having their kid cuss me out. told them its gross to get their kid involved and they hung up
