The guy I spoke with sounded some sort of Asian. He was a nasty piece of work, too. I could barely understand what he was saying. I do not understand why people do not just check with their banks when they get one of these things.
The scammer answers as PayPal and will ask for your name and birthday. If you don’t have a PayPal account, he will ask you to throw your computer out the window.
I called back and got a separate bhenchod who simply hung up.
