Once remotely connected to my virtual machine, the incredibly-deaf “Jerry” asked me to fill out a “cancellation form” and log into my nonexistent bank account.
Since I don’t do online banking, the call was transferred to his “Senior Officer, Brian Lewis,” who told me to search for my bank then “enroll online banking” on the grounds that every bank has a website.
The call was transferred back to “Jerry” who asked me to enroll in online banking before being too deaf to provide “suppoat”
