PayPal Refund Scams

Scam Numbers: 8057933653 & 8139345456

The first number traces back to T-Mobile, meaning it is most likely a SIM used to forward the calls to the actual VOIP number that is protected behind the SIM. The second number traces back to Telemize, a telecom that has been quite active this year and does not answer emails. My hunch is that it is yet another alleged scam owned telecom but I do not have enough evidence to say for certain, but it certainly looks that way.

Both numbers have been reported. However, T-Mobile doesn’t act until the next day and the jury is still out when it comes to Telemize. Have fun.

8139345456 is blocking VOIP numbers. Once again, if you or any other scambaiters are relying solely on VOIP, this is why you shouldn’t.

It claims to be based in Wyoming with offices in Oklahoma City and Delaware, but the Bizapedia listing for the company lists its principal address as 30 N. Gould St., Sheridan, Wyoming, 82801.

The company’s owner, Grantham Hamm, appears to work in a hybrid model of sorts from Denver, Colorado.

Sounds similar to the Digitorzo case where it claims to be registered in the US but many of the details point to the possibility of either the alleged owner being a victim of identity theft, which has happened numerous times sadly when it comes to shell companies registered by scammers overseas, or the person is in on it. Either way, that case is ongoing and I kindly ask that no one post personal information about Digitorzo on scammer.info as the possibility of a potential victim of identity theft could be very real.

8139345456 usually connects pretty quickly. They don’t seem to block easily. I’m on GV, but it’s not being blocked. Scammers seem to be quite sleepy as they are talking quietly.
