Recently called them, had to install a couple of softwares before I was moved to his Senior. Forgot his name I forgot to write it down. It might had been Alex. But I can’t remember. I was able to be on call with him as well as the senior for 32 minutes. Before the senior starting cussing me out before asking him why I was wasting his time. Mission somewhat successful. Really wish I got more info for you. I did get the rough idea of their process and what they do.
(Edit: The number they gave me for the senior was recently shutdown and the number you sent won’t accept anymore calls and will send to voicemail because no one is available)
