Carrier: T-Mobile
Call Center Location: India
Answers as: “Suppoat” or the “PayPal Department”
Technicians: “Jacob,” “Mark” and “Alex”
Manager: “David”
Falsely Claims: Charge for “Smart Life Lock”
Remote Access Software: ConnectWise from cdtcare.help (Nickname: “Secure Server,” Code: 62520) or UltraViewer (ID: 102810549/DESKTOP-3598QQQ)

“Jacob” was too tired to provide “suppoat,” so I called back and got ahold of “Mark” from their “Norton Department,” then the incredibly-invasive “Alex,” who wanted me to run ConnectWise to no avail, as I kept receiving 520 errors, prompting him to transfer the call to his “manager, David”
- “David” then asked me to install ConnectWise from cdtcare.help, so I told him about the error and he instead asked me to install UltraViewer so he can remotely connect to my computer and ask me to log into my nonexistent PayPal account and cdtcare.help.
- “David” then blanked my screen with a fake software update so he can view my browser history under the guise of “finding my PayPal account,” then asked me to log into my nonexistent bank account.
- Since I don’t do online banking, I was asked to write down my name, cell phone number, bank name, home address and the details of my card in notepad, so I refused on the grounds that the bank will freeze my account unless I provide my card number on a secure web portal.
- “David” then falsely claimed a hacker gained access to my network and identity, prompting me to get “government security” for my computer as long as I get a “government card” from a CVS. I refused to go on the grounds of a bad ice storm, and he refused to “suppoat.”

I keep asking where the nearest CVS in Calcutta Sector 5 is…I told them I don’t see one around all I see are slums and very dirty smelly people. I offered Delhi and Lahore PakEESTAHN as an alternative. So far I’m not getting the address for a CVS in Sector 5
