This SOB really needs to be shut down. He insists the only way to cancel the erroneous PayPal charge is by buyingy Lowe’s gift cards for himself. Fortunately, I had all sorts of equally erroneous information and fake credit card info stored that he put into the cart and obviously got nowhere. He needs to be shut down.
