A guys picks up and says why I am calling him over and over again. 
He says its his personal number. I asked him who would have a toll free number as personal number.
Tried calling again I got a scammer who went through the script and said he is going to transfer me to a FTC officer… I got Alvero Edyoria, his direct dial number is 253-501-7042.
