I just got through again, now they just answer with hello and not paypal suppot
They are no longer answering after several calls to them. I would keep an eye as I suspect this number will be back up later on today.

Load of BS Charges from Amazon, many bank accounts and your real bank linked to PP. Your bank then “calls you”.
