You can tell them you have no Paypal account, no credit cards, and my bank has put a fraud alert and they STILL try it. And I am sure she could not spell Genevieve Villaneauva, They really have no idea how banking works as one dude said that my bank will pay even if I don’t have the money. Dummy. Of course it is all about your identity being stolen and of course Paypal can fix all of that.
