just get “Thanks for calling please hold while we find a available agent to assist you your que position is 1” over and over

They’re getting several hundred calls at the moment, all with a wall of silence on the other end.
They were told on the first call to shut it down or else technology will shut it down for you…they are hard of hearing obviously. :rofl::rofl:

They answer still though

I got a guy and asked for details and then hung up. :frowning:

I am on hold on 4 lines. Several times they hang up after they pickup immediately

I reported it to AARP and see where else I can report this.
