Please delete my previous post. I’m doing too many things at once and forgot to obfuscate my information…

HIGHLIGHTS FROM VIRTUAL MACHINE BAIT:
- The scammer asked for my name and phone number, as well as if I am using a laptop or computer. The scammers also provide “suppoat” on iOS, Android and even Linux!
- “Steve” called back from their Bandwidth.com line (816) 239-8529 and asked me to “open the Google Chrome” and download SuPremo (ID: 861827468).
- Once the scammer remotely connects to your computer, you are asked to open Event Viewer so they can claim your system was hacked through all sorts of “viruses.”
- In order to get rid of the “viruses,” the scammer will remotely install their “government-affiliated antivirus platform” AnyDesk and have you fill out their “refund form,” which claims their company is related to the Better Business Bureau.
- Once you have filled out their “refund form,” you are asked to log into your online banking account. I don’t have one, so I played him the Bhenchod Song.
