), ScreenLeap or UltraViewer (Nickname: “Portal” ID: 64923679/DESKTOP-F4MMQ1D)
As their ConnectWise download page was broken, “Kevin” asked me to run ScreenLeap before then asking me to install UltraViewer. Once he was remotely connected to my virtual machine, he asked me to fill out a “cancellation form” before dipping.
