“Steve” refused to “suppoat” and instead disconnected his phone line

They really do not know how banking or credit cards actually work. He told me if I did not have the money in my account that they would overdraft me 300 bucks or even with a fraud alert it would still get paid. They are so stupid. And they hate when I put on my Karen voice and keep talking non stop about talking to the manager. Steve Richard was very upset with me and kept telling to shut up and listen. Ask my husband how that works out.
