Falsely Claims:

  • I am a “motherfucker with an attitude” when I was using my normal speaking voice.
  • I need to create a Microsoft account to use QuickAssist
  • They need to “secure” the “secure connection”
  • I was “abusing” by simply saying “Jesus Fucking Christ”

Remote Access Software: QuickAssist (Code: UW5EC9. User: “Customer S.”) and ConnectWise from dknocare.live (Code: 39201 User: Super3434/ARJUN)

Once remotely connected to my virtual machine via QuickAssist, the incredibly-deaf and incredibly-invasive bhenchod asked me to fill out a “PayPal Cancellation & Refund form,” though he wanted to take his sweet-ass time to verify the details.

  • Once the form was submitted, I was asked to log into my nonexistent bank account as he transfers the call to a his supervisor from the “refund department.” What I found weird was when I submitted the form, I was given another “help desk number,” (757) 568-2109, which is carried via TextNow.
  • The supervisor, “Daniel,” then proceeded to search for google.com via Bing under the guise of “securing” the “secure connection,” then proceeded to download ConnectWise from dknocare.live without any verbal consent.
  • Once ConnectWise was downloaded, he blanked my screen under the guise of “connecting” with the “Chase banking server,” which was actually actually the Command Prompt, then asked for my name, address, phone number, bank name, and a “refund amount” of $650, which they keep trying to manipulate into $6,500, so when I was asked to type the amount for a third time, I typed “six hundred fifty dollars”
  • “Daniel” then responded by locking my controls and manipulating the bank page so it looks like all the money got depleted from my account before refusing to “suppoat”
