Additional information about this scam: I received this today, invoice format is very weird, I can’t copy/paste.
The are PayPal and they’re not very happy
No concept of customer service at all.

They are MAD!
TOld him no Paypal account, no bank account, I only pay in cash and cashiers checks. He still tried to say my accounts were hacked. What accounts, dummy? I have no accounts. Your computer was hacked. I don’t have a computer because I use the library.
The time from answering the call to swearing at me was about three seconds, they must be really pissed off.
Harry from Paypal, asked him where he is hiding in India, could not answer that simple question.
Nathan at Paypal has not been on the customer care course, he attended the “Gutter Talk” course.
Paypal guys did not take the PCH offer when in a group of 20 other numbers. 
Mark cannot answer a simple question as well.
I’ve been slamming them too. They are literally screaming at me!
