Just now I called (828) 624-4860. Yes, a foreign guy answered as “Manual” or something that sounded like “Manual.”
I’ll play along for a little while before I must leave. Of course, before I hang up I’ll tell him to where he should shove his criminal head!

Called back it rings and rings then goes to a busy single press “0” and it will go back to ringing. Then hangs.
They block fast.
Yes, it is typical. They get spooked easily and block fast. Just change the number or use a different account/app to call them back. They will answer, until overwhelmed and angered by our folks here!
Today they dont really spook to easy but that could becuase every call involves bhenchod
