Falsely Claims: Computer came with “free trial to Geek Squad services” that needed to be removed.

I faked his ConnectWise download not working, so the incredibly-impatient “Marcus” asked me to download UltraViewer. Once he remotely connected to my virtual machine, he asked me to fill out a “cancellation form” but actually attempted to install ConnectWise from djhelp.top.
- “Marcus” refused to “suppoat” after I refused to have him go to djhelp.top, even though he falsely claimed it was done by the “robotic server.”
