I faked his ConnectWise not downloading, prompting the incredibly-invasive “Ben” to have me run UltraViewer. And once he remotely connected to my virtual machine, he attempted to install ConnectWise from fastcare.help before I refused.

• I was then asked to fill out a “Cancellation and refund form” that falsely claims the scammers are “registered with Better Business Bureau” and then log into my nonexistent bank account.
