Additional information about this scam: I spoke to Michael Rodgers, who wouldn’t give me his favorite color.
I don’t have the scam email/SMS with a fake invoice etc., because I found the number in a different way. Checking the reverse DNS on some of the fake crypto/banking scams I’ve been tracking in this thread

Which looks like a typical tech support scam impersonating Facebook or something. But when I called, I was told it’s the “PayPal Cancellation Department.”
