Additional information about this scam: This is a replay from yesterday, as the number is still active. Pretty unusual, in my limited experience, but worth some additional harassment. I think the amount was $216.96, but they don’t seem concerned with details.
They use text now it seems. They wanted an invoice number. I gave them a random alphanumeric code and they were happy.
I’m getting a number out of service message now, so it may or may not still work…
It did that from the start when it was originally posted
It’s a garbage cheap arsed TextNow number
Solo act scammer can only answer 1 call at a time
all other calls will get voicemail
They have answered and it is a well known Geek Squad number just to add further evidence
