Alrighty. I just called (865) 407-4870 and you can literally act like you don’t know crap about your phone n’ stuff, just to waste their time. This scam is about getting a “refund”, only to find out (what I would guess, didn’t come that far) to have your paypal info leaked for the scammer to login. The scammer is required to get access to your phone. They will be asking for you to download an app from the google play store or the apple app store called “Customer App - Zoho Assist” by “Zoho Corp.” Sum different then Anydesk. You are required to give out your email address and also getting a login code for the app, which is send by the scammer.
