This appears to be a typo, the phone number is different in the image you attached. Also, I dialed the number in the image and got a voicemail prompt that could belong to a random, uninvolved person.

I was with the scammer for 30 minutes. Confusing. I put xxx in the post … 538 is Google voice
I filled up the form bit.ly/paypal6291
Update: (818) 538-4521 I called this n umber again and the scammer picked up. He told me to login to my PC
