This is yet another telephone number on the network of Lumen/Century Link. They appear to be a safe haven for scammers and spammers. I’ve been getting a ton of emails and texts from foreign scammers on their network. Here is the same thing happening, where Lumen’s beautiful foreign clients are running an Amazon scam:
