Not necessary “dead”, per se. Leave a message, MAYBE they’ll call you back. I just hang up, didn’t even leave a message, someone called me back (on my textnow number).

And I wasn’t talking about this number being dead. There were some yesterday that said a number was dead, when it clearly stated “no one available to talk you call please leave a message”. After that still comments of it being NIS after I specifically said it wasn’t. So I called again recorded the message and posted under the rightful user, and have had no comment since then.
